How To Make Accordian Album Purse

So many of you have asked me how I made this cute scrapbook accordion album in a purse! You won't believe how easy it is to make!
My friend Michelle shared the directions with me, and it so quick, easy and fun to make. The purse shown here is made from the New Close To My Heart Caboodle paper and our March 2010 Stamp of the Month.
Let's get crafty!
For the inside Album:
1. Cut 1 piece of White Daisy Cardstock into (1) 12 x 4 strip and (1) 9 x 4 strip. Score each strip at 3 inch increments. Glue the two strips together by overlapping one section of each strip to create a 18 inch strip.
2. Decorate each section of the folded card stock strip with 2 1/2 X 3 1/2 coordinating B & T papers. (Front and back, but not the back of the section that will adhered to the inside of the purse.)
For the Purse:
1. Cut (1) 10 1/2 X 4 1/2 piece of cardstock.
2. Score the strip at 1 1/2, 2, 5 1/2, 7.
3. Round off the corners of the 1 1/2 scored section to form the purse flap.
4. Cover the outside of the purse with coordinating B & T, card stock and embellishments of your choice. Leave the inside blank.
5. Set (2) eyelets, 1 at each end of the purse flap, 1/2 from the 2 edges. Feed a 9 inch piece of ribbon through each hole and tie a knot in each end to secure. Add Velcro to secure flap closure.
6. Adhere the blank back page of the accordion album to the back of the inside of the purse (folded side up). The album should be centered evenly on the 2 sides and resting on the bottom of the purse.
WOW wasn't that fun!? You now have the cutest little purse album. Wouldn't this make an adorable Grandma's brag album?!
